Formation Is a Legal Structure —
Not a Registration Task

Establishing a company inside the European Union creates legal, tax, and regulatory obligations from day one. We structure your company to operate correctly within that framework — not only to exist formally in the registry.

⚖️
Law firm led Every formation is supervised by licensed Polish attorneys — not a registration agency.
🏛️
Compliance-ready from day one Corporate structure aligned with EU regulatory requirements and prepared for ongoing obligations.
🌍
Built for cross-border operations Companies owned or managed from outside the EU require clear ownership transparency and structured governance. We handle this from the outset.
📋
Operational readiness Not just a company on paper — VAT EU, EORI, KSeF readiness, and a clear path to ongoing reporting.

Why We Show Our Prices
(and Others Don’t)

Most law firms in Poland don’t publish company formation fees. You fill out a form, wait for a callback, and receive a quote that depends on who picks up the phone. We work differently.

€2,200 for Structured. €3,000 for Premium. That’s it.

No hourly billing. No surprise fees. No “it depends” conversations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to visit Poland?
No. The entire process is 100% remote. We handle all formalities on your behalf. You don’t need to travel to Poland at any point — from formation to ongoing operations.
How long does the process take?
Our packages are based on ready-made companies — pre-registered entities transferred to your ownership. With the Premium package, same-day transfer is available. Standard transfer takes 2–5 business days. The full onboarding process (VAT, EORI) typically takes 2–4 weeks.
Do I need a local partner or director?
No. Poland allows 100% foreign ownership with no requirement for a local director or partner. Any nationality can be the sole shareholder and director of a Polish sp. z o.o.
What is the minimum share capital?
The minimum share capital for a Polish sp. z o.o. (LLC) is PLN 5,000 (approximately €1,150). This can be contributed in cash and does not need to be deposited upfront in all cases.
What is the corporate tax rate?
Poland offers a 9% CIT rate for companies with annual revenue under €2M. The standard rate is 19%. There is also an Estonian CIT model where profits reinvested in the company are taxed at 0%.
Do I need a qualified electronic signature?
If you manage your company remotely, a qualified e-signature is highly recommended. It allows you to sign official documents, submit filings, and manage your company without visiting Poland. Available as an add-on (+€350, valid 3 years).
Can I open a bank account for my Polish company?
Traditional Polish banks always require a personal visit to open a corporate account. There is no guarantee that a bank will approve the account — each application is subject to the bank’s individual risk assessment. We provide information about available banking options and deliver full company documentation for your application, but we do not offer a full account-opening service. Fintech alternatives (such as Wise Business) may allow remote onboarding.
What happens after the company is registered?
After formation, your company has ongoing regulatory obligations — VAT filings, bookkeeping, annual statements, and from April 2026, KSeF e-invoicing. Premium clients receive 6 months of accounting & reporting included. We also offer an ongoing EU Compliance Program for continued support.
What’s the difference between Structured and Premium?
Both packages include a ready-made sp. z o.o. with all registrations (VAT, EORI, UBO). Premium adds 6 months of accounting & reporting, a dedicated account manager, compliance onboarding, same-day transfer, and priority handling. Most founders choose Premium for the operational continuity it provides.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The package price includes all transfer fees, notary costs, registrations, and our legal fees. The only optional add-on is the qualified electronic signature (+€350). Ongoing accounting is priced separately after the included period (Premium) or on request (Structured).
